By using the FS2Crew website, creating an account, or purchasing or using any FS2Crew product or service, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • The information You provide to FS2Crew is truthful, accurate, and current.
  • You will not pirate, copy, reverse engineer, illegally distribute, resell, or share FS2Crew software, serial numbers, activation credentials, or account access with third parties. FS2Crew may log account activity and related technical information to help prevent fraud, abuse, piracy, and unauthorized access.
  • If You experience technical difficulties with this website or any FS2Crew software, You agree to promptly contact FS2Crew Support through our Discord support channel or other official support channels so that we may attempt to assist in resolving the issue.
  • FS2Crew software is designed solely for entertainment and flight simulation purposes. While FS2Crew strives for realism, its products are not intended or certified for real-world aviation, flight training, operational decision-making, or safety-critical applications.
  • Before purchasing or installing any FS2Crew product, You are responsible for verifying that Your hardware, simulator platform, and software environment meet the applicable system and compatibility requirements listed on the product page.
  • Certain FS2Crew products may rely on internet connectivity, cloud infrastructure, artificial intelligence systems, voice services, or third-party technologies. Availability, performance, and compatibility of such services may vary and are not guaranteed.
  • FS2Crew reserves the right to modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, online functionality, AI services, or product support where continued operation becomes technically infeasible, commercially impractical, legally restricted, or otherwise beyond FS2Crew’s reasonable control.

FS2CREW GENERATION AI: VOICE PRINT RESTRICTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Personal Use Only: Cloned voices created using Voice Print are for your personal use only. You may not share, distribute, upload, sell, sublicense, transfer, or otherwise make cloned voice models or voice files available to other users, whether publicly or privately, regardless of whose voice was cloned.

  • Authorization and Consent: You may only clone voices that you own or have the necessary rights, permissions, and consent to clone and use. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of voice recordings and cloned voices complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

  • Prohibited Uses: You may not use Voice Print or any cloned voice to impersonate another person, commit fraud, deceive others, harass anyone, infringe third-party rights, or engage in any unlawful activity.

  • User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the voices you create and how you use them. FS2Crew does not authorize or endorse the unauthorized cloning, sharing, or misuse of another person’s voice. Violations of these restrictions may result in suspension or termination of access to Voice Print or other FS2Crew services, subject to applicable law.

REFUND POLICY

FS2Crew products are digital software products.

Except where required by applicable law, refunds are generally not available after a product serial has been activated or the software has been accessed, downloaded, or used.

If You experience technical difficulties, You should contact FS2Crew Support promptly through our Discord support channel or other official support channels. FS2Crew will make commercially reasonable efforts to assist in resolving verified technical issues.

You acknowledge that certain software functionality may depend upon cloud-based services, artificial intelligence providers, internet connectivity, or third-party systems that may change, degrade, or become unavailable over time. FS2Crew does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perpetual support, or indefinite operation of any online or AI-dependent feature.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.
